Hi there!– I am Ivette :) Are you having difficulty finding your footing after a major loss? Are you finding yourself preoccupied with anxious thoughts of worry and self-doubt? Do you struggle with ADHD and long for effective tools to manage the demands of daily life? I have over 18 years of experience as a therapist. Motivated by personal interest and experience, I have narrowed my expertise to grief / loss, ADHD and anxiety. This has allowed me to focus my required professional training and research in these areas. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can make sense of your situation and move forward with effective tools for coping. My aim is to help you discover your innate strengths and courage. I look forward to working with you.
I will listen intently to the distress that motivated the individual to initiate therapy. We will explore what has worked and what hasn't work to address the distress. I will lay out a course of action and provide some detail to possible interventions.
