First session
During your first session, I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel comfortable sharing your story without fear of judgment. I take the time to understand not just your symptoms, but the whole person, so we can develop a treatment plan that aligns with your goals and values. You'll have plenty of time to ask questions, and together we'll develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication, psychotherapy, lifestyle recommendations, or other supportive resources. My goal is for you to leave your first appointment feeling heard, understood, and hopeful, with a clear plan for your care and next steps.
