Rachael Olaode
My name is Rachael Olaode, and my journey as a healthcare provider began as a healthcare assistant. I worked with developmental challenged individuals for seven years. My passion for healthcare continued for 13 years, working as a registered nurse before earning my Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Mental Health.
First session
The client would have assurance that they would be heard and not judged. Throughout therapy, you can expect consistency, clear communication, and a partnership focused on your goals. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity concerns, or life transitions, you will be met with compassion, structure, and a commitment to helping you move toward wholeness.
Strengths
I am a good listener, empathetic, and ready to see things from the client's perspective.
Ideal clients
My ideal client is someone experiencing mental health concerns and is ready to engage collaboratively in the therapeutic process. Such a client should value consistency, be open to sharing emotions, and appreciate a structured, supportive environment. I work well with all populations, and clients who benefit most from my approach are those who are willing to reflect, trust in the process, and maintain healthy therapeutic boundaries.
Treatment methods
Integrative
I use an integrative treatment approach combining biological, psychological, and social interventions. Through comprehensive assessment, evidence‑based medication management, targeted psychotherapeutic strategies, and lifestyle supports, I address multiple contributors to psychiatric symptoms and functioning, providing cohesive, individualized, whole‑person care.
