In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions and review policies and procedures. Then we will dive into the challenges you are facing. This will help me to create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
My overall approach is to help clients learn about themselves, and develop a plan to live a peaceful and balanced even in the midst of chaos. I am well-versed in CBT and mindfulness techniques. I like to incorporate things the client enjoys such as art or music into my practice as well.
