New to Grow
I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and free to be fully honest about what they are experiencing. I believe therapy works best when clients feel supported while also being encouraged to look at things openly and directly. I value transparency, curiosity, and practical growth, and I work with clients to help them better understand themselves, build resilience, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
Our first session is all about establishing a safe, judgment-free space where we get to know each other and start unpacking what’s weighing on you—at your own pace.
My communication style is warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable being open and honest, while also offering direct, empowering guidance. When it fits, I bring in a bit of humor to keep our work grounded and human as we focus on meaningful growth.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a type of therapy that helps you stop struggling with difficult thoughts and emotions and instead learn to respond to them in healthier ways. Rather than trying to eliminate anxiety, sadness, or fear, ACT teaches you how to make room for these experiences while choosing actions that align with your values and the life you want to live. The goal is to help you become more flexible, resilient, and engaged in what matters most—even when life is difficult.
Attachment-Based Therapy helps you understand how your early relationships and life experiences have shaped the way you connect with others today. Together, we'll explore patterns in your relationships, build a greater sense of safety and trust, and develop healthier ways of communicating, managing emotions, and forming secure, fulfilling connections.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a practical, goal-oriented approach that helps you identify and change unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior that contribute to emotional distress. By learning new ways to think, cope, and respond to challenges, you can improve your mood, reduce symptoms, and develop healthier habits for everyday life.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a therapy that helps your brain process and heal from distressing or traumatic experiences that may feel "stuck." Using guided bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements, tapping, or sounds), EMDR helps reduce the emotional intensity of painful memories so they become less overwhelming and have less impact on your daily life.
