With over 25 years as a therapist, I offer a grounded, compassionate space where clients can reconnect with their inner world through Internal Family Systems (IFS) and meditative, internally focused techniques. My approach honors the unique parts within each person and guides them gently toward healing, clarity, and self-leadership. This work invites deep transformation by helping you access the calm, wise presence that already lives within you.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable—awkward, uncertain, even a little clumsy. That’s okay. In our first session, we’ll take a gentle, collaborative approach to explore where your struggles show up in your life, what might be fueling them, and what you quietly wish could change. Even if you're not sure how to put it into words yet, that’s part of the process—together, we’ll welcome the uncertainty and listen for the wisdom beneath it. My role is to help you discover your voice, clarify your goals, and begin a path that feels true to you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

In a word: CURIOSITY. In a phrase: BEGINNER'S MIND. In other words, not defaulting to conventional wisdom—not just "rounding up the usual suspects," or reducing the problem to its lowest common denominator. There’s something quietly radical about not being the expert. In therapy—and in life—true insight doesn’t come from clinging to pre-packaged answers. It comes from staying open, embracing the unknown, and being willing to sit in the mess of it all. Letting go of certainty makes space for something real to emerge. This kind of humility isn’t a flaw—it’s the fertile ground where deeper truth can take root.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Have you found therapy to be helpful, but somehow still left with the sense that something deeper remains untouched? Many approaches offer tools for managing symptoms and coping with life’s challenges—valuable skills, but often they don’t reach the root of what's driving the pain. Internal Family Systems (IFS) invites a different kind of healing: one that goes beyond managing to truly transforming, by helping you compassionately connect with and heal the deeper parts of yourself.

My treatment methods

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a transformative, evidence-based psychotherapy that helps individuals understand and heal the complex parts of their inner world. It’s grounded in the idea that we all have various “parts” within us—like inner critics, protectors, and wounded children—and that healing comes when these parts are acknowledged and cared for with compassion. IFS empowers people to connect with their true Self, leading to greater clarity, harmony, and emotional well-being
