New to Grow
I work with individuals navigating adjustment and mood-related challenges, stress, trauma, grief, and co-occurring disorders. Using an integrative, client-centered approach, I help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and process underlying experiences. My goal is to support meaningful, sustainable progress while empowering clients to improve overall functioning, enhance emotional well-being, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and intention in their daily lives.
Your first session is a chance for us to connect and create a plan that fits your needs. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’d like to work on, and what support would feel most helpful right now. I’ll ask questions to understand your experience, but there’s no pressure. You’re always in control of what you share. My goal is for you to leave feeling supported, understood, and clear about the next steps.
What stands out about my therapeutic approach is the balance between practical skill-building and deeper, meaningful processing. I take an integrative, client-centered approach that meets individuals where they are, while also gently challenging them toward growth. Clients often experience increased self-awareness, improved emotional regulation, and a greater sense of control over their thoughts and behaviors. I focus on creating a safe, supportive space while also helping clients make measurable, sustainable progress toward their goals and overall well-being.
I am best positioned to serve individuals who are ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful change in their lives. I work well with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, as well as those struggling with emotional regulation, relationship challenges, and patterns that no longer serve them. I am particularly effective with clients who are open to self-reflection, willing to build practical skills, and interested in both short-term solutions and deeper healing work. My approach supports those seeking clarity, stability, and long-term growth, while providing a safe and supportive space to process and move forward with intention.
Integrative
I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. This approach allows for flexibility in addressing presenting concerns while supporting both skill development and deeper emotional processing to promote lasting change.
EMDR
I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process and resolve past traumatic experiences that continue to impact present functioning. This approach allows for adaptive reprocessing of distressing memories and supports long-term emotional healing.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I utilize Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients identify strengths, resources, and existing solutions rather than focusing solely on problems. This approach emphasizes goal-setting, future-oriented thinking, and small, achievable steps to create meaningful and lasting change.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in building skills related to emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. This approach is especially helpful for managing intense emotions and improving relationships.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that influence emotions and behaviors. This approach supports the development of healthier thinking patterns and practical strategies to improve daily functioning.
