In our first session together, the client can expect an evalutation that will be about 45-60 minutes long. Paperwork and assessments will need to be completed to help determine a diagnosis. We will discuss your medical and psychiatric history-both personal and family related. I will need a complete list of medications (including psychiatric medications & details about any psychiatric hospitalizations. I will inquire about the reason you're seeking treatment. It is normal to experience different emotions during this session. I want my patients to understand that I am here to help and support them.
