Hello! I am a PMHNP based in Texas who graduated from UTA. Before getting my MSN, I worked for many years as a psychiatric nurse. My primary job now is working with women with substance use disorders.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first meeting we’ll have brief introductions before discussing goals of treatment.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Me greatest strengths are meeting people where there are and collaborating to make an implement a treatment plan.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

While I predominantly work with women with substance use disorders, I understand these disorders do not occur in a vacuum. It is important to me to treat the whole person.
