Took several days to respond to time-sensitive requests such as refilling prescriptions to avoid lapses. When I communicated my disappointment with this, I received a very unprofessional email back that was both condescending and semi-sexist. The beginning of my relationship with Dr. Cramer seemed great, but he did not put any care into the actual process, as our appointments were only 5 minutes and all he did was refill scripts. Stay away if you're a woman.

Dr.Cramer is an incredible man. He got me out of some of the darkest parts of my life and is currently helping me navigate through another troubling time now. He is like my personal cheerleader! I never want to switch doctors! I would be devastated. He always lets me speak and truly listens to my wants and needs, how I’m feeling, and to what’s going on. Then we come up with the best care plan based off of that. I would recommend until I’m blue in the face! (:
