Hi, I’m Trisha a licensed psychologist with a PhD in clinical psychology offering virtual therapy for adults. I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, panic attacks, burnout, and everyday stress so they can feel more calm and in control. My approach is warm, client-centered, and tailored to your needs. My goal is to have you leave every session with skills and tools to help you move forward with your life.
In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other. I’ll invite you to share what brings you in and what you’re hoping for, while I learn more about your experiences and perspective. My goal is for you to leave that first meeting with at least one practical tool you can start using right away.
