Hi! My name is Juli Griffin Gross and I would love the opportunity to meet you. I am focused on active listening and collaborating with you in meeting your goals and improving your mental health. My approach is solution focused, strengths-based, and person-centered. Currently, I am seeing individual clients virtually and I work with adults. I have a particular interest in working with issues related to anxiety, depression, parenting, infertility, healthy relationships, self-care, and workplace challenges. As a therapist, I hope clients feel that I am an ally and a resource. I look forward to working with you!
In our first session together, we will explore the challenges you are facing and the supports you would find helpful to meet those challenges. We will identify your goals in various areas of your life and in terms of your mental health.

We will identify automatic thoughts and how those can be reframed to positively impact your feelings and behaviors.
We will identify your goals and the barriers to achieving your goals. We will identify possible solutions to reach your goals with a focus on what has (and has not) worked for you in the past.
We will examine how your strengths enrich your ability to build your definition of a healthy, happy, successful life.
