In 2012, I achieved my Master of Social Work(MSW) specializing in Mental Health, and have been a Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisor (LISW-S) since 2019.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, you'll feel safe and prioritized. There won't be judgement. I'll ask you to explain whatever you feel might be bringing you into the appointment, and if you're unsure, we'll work together to explore the confusion. By end of session, we'll have a preliminary direction for treatment goals and interventions, and a feel for whether I am the right fit to help you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Through my work in all settings of mental health, I gained an appreciation for balance and effective interventions. No two clients are the same, and I will tailor a treatment plan for you based on your individual needs, resources and goals. You come to therapy because you want to change and feel better. We'll work in stages, and the first priority is to stabilize the problem and stop additional suffering. I excel in balancing a warm and nonjudgmental environment with the right amount of accountability, so you can actually progress rather than feeling stuck.
