In our initial teletherapy appointment, I create a warm space where we can discuss your therapeutic goals and answer any questions for you. I will also ask specific questions about your experiences in order to serve you best.
My greatest strength as a provider is that I can see through any adversity to extract the lesson to be learned and the gift to be gained, as well as the ability to transform anxiety/transition/stress from being an impediment...to an impetus for a deeper relationship with God. In our sessions together, I create a warm and non-judgmental space where we can help you organize your thoughts, derive meaning from adversity, and bring forth your God-given resiliency. After client sessions, I have been told clients feel more confident in their ability to see daily experiences more positively, feel more grounded and have a renewed perspective on their current situation & life :)

Crystal always has a way of making me think outside the box and then relate it back to improving myself through Christ. I thoroughly enjoyed my session today. My previous sessions have been more focused on grief and getting me through son pretty hard topics. Today felt lighter and I feel an improvement in my soul.

Crystal is an exceptionally gifted Christian counselor. She is an excellent listener, ready to speak the truth in love, while she gives Bible-based, foundational scriptures to support her vast knowledge of mental health.
