I am a licensed social worker and addictions specialist with more than 12 years as a therapist. I have experience working with a wide variety of individuals and their many complexities. I enjoy getting to know people and I am excited to go on the healing journey with individuals. I am trained in CBT, EMDR, and MI. I utilize mindfulness in session and have a back ground in yoga, which I can utilize if you are interested.
The first session will be a time to get to know you and for you to share your goals and needs from therapy.
I am open, nonjudgemental and a laid back therapist. I am generally curious about people and i enjoy getting to know people's stories.
