What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, I will listen to why you have decided to come to therapy. I will ask what your needs are and we will develop a plan to help you meet your goals.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

My approach is person-centered, therefore I utilize treatment methods that best meet your needs. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused-CBT, Solution Focused and Motivational Interviewing. I incorporate videos, worksheets and homework if and when needed because understanding the "why" is crucial.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is in helping individuals find their authentic selves. I believe in encouraging clients to dig deep to get to the root, tossing out what is no longer needed and growing into a healthier version of who they are purposed to be.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I focus on women with trauma, multigenerational trauma, domestic violence and abuse, and anxiety.
