Hola and welcome, My name is Brenda Cisneros, and my personal experiences and background have ignited my passion for supporting adult women of color (WOC) who have survived relationship trauma. Do you constantly question yourself and doubt your feelings and life decisions? Are you a survivor of narcissistic abuse or unhealthy relationships? Believe it or not, those unhealthy relationships correlate with how you view yourself and those around you. Let's work together to break free from barriers and get you to live the best version of yourself! Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities as seen fit, I teach clients to identify and break down barriers, giving them a better understanding of how preprogrammed beliefs have affected their mental health. We will also discuss coping techniques to support you as you dive deep. In this journey, you will reconnect to yourself and identify a new way of living the life that best suits you. I utilize a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care and strengths-based approach to support clients' healing process, aiming to increase their quality of life. If any of this resonates and you are ready, please get in touch with me. I look forward to being part of your healing journey!
Clients can expect the following in their first session with me: Introduction & Rapport Building: We will begin with introductions to help you feel comfortable and establish a good rapport. Assessment: I will gather a snapshot of you, understanding your background and the reasons you are seeking therapy. Goal Setting: Together, we will create a tailored treatment goal based on your needs. Collaborative Approach: We will explore ways to meet your treatment goals, working collaboratively throughout the process. Feel free to bring any questions or concerns you might have.
