My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

As a counselor, I align with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT). I believe individuals have the ability to change their thought process and in turn this helps change behaviors and overall mental health. REBT and CBT focus on identifying irrational thoughts and changing your thought process to one or more positive, healthy, and realistic thinking. The goal of our work together is to bring you to a point where you no longer need counseling and can manage to work through issues on your own.

Mamta is the best! I’ve saw her for a while last year and had to come back to see her again! No one else I would rather work with! Perfect for women especially in their 20s!

I've been seeing Mamta for therapy for a little under a year now. I first came to Mamta after a bad breakup. I was extra excited today. As she mentioned, I've progressed in my healing journey since the breakup. I feel really comfortable expressing myself and my goals with her. I feel empowered and supported through my healing journey.
