I know that making the decision to begin therapy can be difficult, but choosing to do so shows incredible strength and a desire to invest in you. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. With 7 years of experience in mental health, I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. My approach to therapy is CBT, ACT, mindfulness, somatic work and trauma-informed care. I believe that every individual’s journey is unique, and I tailor my methods to fit your specific needs and goals. Whether you’re dealing with stress, self-esteem issues, or trauma I am here to offer guidance and practical strategies to help you make meaningful changes. In our sessions, you can expect collaborative goal setting, evidence-based techniques and focus on empowerment. My goal is to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and to equip you with the tools to lead a more fulfilling life. If you’re ready to take the first step towards positive change, I invite you to reach out. Let’s work together to build a path toward your well-being

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength is my ability to empathize, listen and teach skills to client.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

As a counselor, I align with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT). I believe individuals have the ability to change their thought process and in turn this helps change behaviors and overall mental health. REBT and CBT focus on identifying irrational thoughts and changing your thought process to one or more positive, healthy, and realistic thinking. The goal of our work together is to bring you to a point where you no longer need counseling and can manage to work through issues on your own.
