Welcome to Grow Therapy. My name is Brittany Palacios and am currently a licensed psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner from Massachusetts. I specialize in the holistic care of the mind, body, and soul while using a faith-based approach to achieve spiritual wellness. Establishing a therapeutic alliance with clients is essential. I prioritize an individual's ability to listen and receive feedback. I have over 10 years of clinical experience working as a registered nurse at the bedside. I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Worcester State University in 2011. I graduated from Regis College in 2018 where I received my Master’s degree in advanced psychiatric nursing. I am looking forward to taking my career to the next level. I hope to transform the way the psychiatric community views the importance of spirit to achieve optimal health. This is a critical component I often see missing so am eager to incorporate findings into practice.
Clients can expect to feel safe and secure if willing to be open and honest.
Medication-assisted treatment along with cognitive behavioral therapy and/or dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and psychotropic medication. Group therapy and daily exercise are encouraged.
I am a good listener and always advocate for my patients. My niche is Christian-focused, which embodies God as Father, Jesus as Son, and the Holy Spirit, the feminine part of the Trinity. I enjoy helping others find their true identity, purpose and meaning in life. Proclaiming the truth sets you free. So establishing oneself with other like-minded individuals is an integral part of the process. This builds for a better community and a healthier next generation.
I serve all people including children age 6 and older.

I've never had a provider give me a choice or ask for my input when it came to prescribing medications. That was huge for me - it made me feel involved and empowered in my own care and mental health. Ms. Palacios picked things up in our first session that other providers never did over the years (decades). She is very intelligent and definitely has a gift for what she does.
