Many of the adults I work with are highly sensitive people (HSPs) and empathic individuals who feel deeply affected by their environment, relationships, and the emotions of others. Many are navigating the lingering effects of trauma, anxiety, burnout, chronic stress, bullying, relational wounds, shame, or emotional overwhelm and want to feel more grounded, emotionally balanced, and connected to themselves. I use a trauma-informed, integrative approach that may include EMDR, EFT, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, transpersonal approaches, and mind-body connection work to support emotional processing, nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and personal growth in a calm and collaborative space.
We will explore your concerns, goals, and needs together and see whether we are a good fit for working together.

I support clients navigating the lingering effects of trauma, stress, and relational wounds using EMDR, EFT, hypnotherapy, and mindfulness. Together, we focus on nervous system regulation, integration, and reconnection with a grounded sense of self. I offer a calm, supportive space where healing unfolds at a safe, intentional pace.
