In our first session together we will start with introductions and icebreakers, yes icebreakers =) ! Then, I will discuss paperwork, my cancellation and no show policy. Next, we will dive into the specific challenges you're currently facing and how you're feeling about therapeutic process. Lastly, we will go over any questions or concerns you might have and discuss the steps to move forward with our follow-up sessions!
With a client-centered approach, I draw upon various therapeutic modalities and techniques to address your unique challenges and facilitate personal growth. Through empathy, active listening, and evidence-based interventions, I am dedicated to helping you navigate life's difficulties, manage stress, build resilience, and cultivate a sense of empowerment.
