Hello, my name is Randolph, and my goal is to help you achieve success, however you define it. My goal is to help you achieve your goals. In the past, I have been confused and tried to do all the things that everyone else told me to do, but it just did not feel right to me. I changed my major in college 3 times, took time off after undergrad trying to figure out my next steps, and found myself in situations in which I had to bet on myself because everyone told me that I should pick door number 1 while I knew I needed to take door number 2. I am glad I picked door number 2. As a psychologist, I help people find their full authentic selves, especially amid unfriendly, unaffirming spaces. We will figure out what has led to your frustration, anxiety, and burnout, and how we can turn things around. Together, we will craft a clear vision of what you want your future to be and the steps to become your best possible self.
In our first session I will work with you to get some background information and determine how I can best help you. We will also review our rules and boundaries so that we can co-create a therapeutic space; one in which you will feel affirmed and validated.
I see my biggest strengths as working with young adults in transition, young professionals, and individuals experiencing trauma as a result of workplace bias, helping people determine why they believe the worst about themselves as opposed to the best.
I really enjoy working with young professionals and those who are in transition whether that is a change in job, career, relationship, and so on. I really enjoy seeing people safely and courageously achieve success, however, they define that for themselves.
With this approach we will explore how your thoughts influence your actions and how your actions influence your thoughts.
We will explore the various facets of your identity to better understand yourself and how you engage with the world around you.
