About me

Hi, I’m Molly — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Pennsylvania. I’m passionate about creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel truly heard and understood. I believe that meaningful therapeutic work begins with a strong connection, which is why I strive to be both approachable and compassionate — someone you can trust as we navigate life’s challenges together. I earned both my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology (with a minor in Psychology) and my Master of Social Work (MSW) from West Chester University. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals across a wide range of settings — from outpatient counseling to hospital and emergency room environments. My clinical work has included crisis assessments, level of care determinations, and supporting those experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms and substance use concerns. With years of experience in high-intensity medical settings, I bring a grounded, empathetic approach to therapy. Whether you’re facing a major transition, struggling with anxiety or depression, or seeking clarity during a difficult time, I’m here to help you move forward with support and intention.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During the intake session, you can expect a warm, laid-back conversation where we get to know each other. I’ll ask some questions about what brought you to therapy, your background, and what you're hoping to work on. It’s a chance for you to share your story, and for me to understand how I can best support you. We’ll also talk about logistics like goals, scheduling, and what you can expect moving forward. The session is all about creating a comfortable space for you to feel heard and understood.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

Treatment methods are highly individualized and what works for some, may not work for others. In my practice, I work within a strengths-based, trauma informed framework where I draw from my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy in addition to many other treatment modalities.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Working with women and the variety of challenges we face in this day and age is one of my primary passions. Women are often subject to so many unique dichotomies and this can weigh us down. Whether you're trying to create a better work-life balance, stop people pleasing and embrace your true self or navigating the intimidating world of online dating, I'm here to help you through it.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I specialize in working with millennial-aged clients who are navigating challenges related to relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, and interpersonal conflict. I help individuals build healthier connections, boost self-confidence, and manage anxiety, all while developing the tools needed to handle conflict more effectively. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll work toward creating lasting, positive changes in your personal and professional life.
