New to Grow
Hello! I'm a bilingual (fluent in Spanish) Colombian-American Clinical Social Worker who earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Boston College. For over a decade, I've worked with children, teens, young adults, and families in community mental health settings, supporting clients through life’s challenges—whether that’s trauma, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, or adjusting to a new culture. I take a culturally sensitive, affirming approach to therapy and draws from evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I'm especially passionate about helping people strengthen their relationships, improve communication, and build the tools they need to feel more confident and connected.
Our first meeting is a chance to start building a partnership. We’ll explore what’s been going on for you and what changes you’d like to see. I’ll share how I work and we’ll make a plan that fits your needs and comfort level. The goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and clear on how therapy can help.
My goal is to help create a safe, inclusive space where you can feel truly seen, supported, and empowered to grow. I believe everyone has the ability to heal and thrive—and I'm here to help you get there.
I work with clients who are motivated to better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—and who want to take an active role in creating positive change. Whether you’re managing anxiety, depression, or life transitions, I focus on helping you gain clarity, strengthen coping skills, and build confidence in your ability to navigate challenges.
My goal is to help create a safe, inclusive space where you can feel truly seen, supported, and empowered to grow. I believe everyone has the ability to heal and thrive—and I'm here to help you get there.
