New to Grow
As a social worker, I quickly became passionate about mental health and therapy. I am drawn to help others through both their best and most difficult times. I have received my Doctorate in Human Services, Master of Social Work, and Bachelor of Arts in sociology. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2025 and have provided therapy to children and adolescents since 2023 as a Supervisee in Social Work. I have also provided therapy to college-aged students and adults since 2025.
I always begin with an intake assessment where I get to know you more and see what goals you hope to achieve in therapy. I will help to create a comfortable environment where you are able to share and not make you feel judged. In following sessions, we will work together to help achieve the goals set in the first session.
Life can be challenging to navigate at times, especially when you feel anxious, stressed, or alone. I know it can be hard to find someone to trust to talk about your experiences when it seems impossible to deal with the life stressors. I'll be there to meet you where you are during those tough times. I am drawn to help you through both their best and most difficult times.
Other specialties
I identify as
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use a cognitive-behavioral therapy approach and have specialized training in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress. I focus on active listening and open communication to support continued growth.
Trauma Informed Care
When working with individuals who have experienced trauma in the past, I use a trauma-informed approach. It’s important to meet the client where they are when discussing traumatic experiences, and help provide coping skills that can help.
