I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 16 years of experience working in both clinical and school-based settings. Throughout my career, I have provided therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults, working with individuals as young as four years old through older adulthood. I have experience helping clients navigate a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, ADHD, school and academic challenges, stress, emotional regulation, life transitions, coping skills deficits, and interpersonal difficulties.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we will focus on getting to know one another, discussing what brings you to therapy, identifying your goals, and exploring the approaches that best motivate and support you. I will also share my therapeutic style and collaborate with you to develop a plan that aligns with your needs and strengths.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My therapeutic style is supportive, positive, and direct. I believe that clear, honest communication is essential to fostering growth and meaningful change. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges while also being encouraged to examine patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that may be preventing them from reaching their goals. I believe therapy is a collaborative process. My role is to support, guide, and challenge you in ways that promote growth and movement toward the life you want to create. Because no two individuals are alike, I tailor my approach to meet each client's unique needs, experiences, and goals. Every therapeutic journey is different, and together we will develop a personalized path toward meaningful and lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone who may be struggling with anxiety, ADHD, academic or school-related challenges, difficulties with coping skills, or other emotional and behavioral concerns. They are willing to engage in the therapeutic process, accept direct and constructive feedback, and remain open to examining and challenging unhelpful thought patterns. Successful therapy requires a collaborative partnership. Ideal clients are motivated to make meaningful changes, work toward their personal goals, and actively participate in sessions and between-session growth. Together, we will work as a team to identify challenges, build effective coping strategies, develop strengths, and create lasting positive change.
