With over 25 years of experience working with adult, seniors and children. I have worked in a variety of settings with clients from diverse background and experiences. My approach is strength base allowing my clients to build on their strengths. I believe everyone has some strengths. Together we will use training and experience in different modalities to make lasting changes.

In the first session you will have the opportunity to express your reasons for being here and the goals you are looking forward to accomplishing. I will listen to your needs and challenges and together we will work on a plan to accomplish your goals. We will spend time getting to know you and helping you to feel comfortable.

My warmth and empathy stand out creating collaboration with a passion for change. Together we will create a safe space to explore the issues that might have been challenging and work on reaching your fullest potential. Together we will look at holistic healing including mental, emotional and spiritual health.

I specialize in working with client who are struggling to navigate life. Whether you are overwhelmed , dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship etc,. I am her to help.
