Whether you are struggling with life’s daily stressors, setting boundaries with family members or friends, struggling in your marriage or relationship, transitioning to a new career, or just need someone to vent to about it all - I am here to help and listen. It’s amazing what you can accomplish when you have the added support of a dedicated therapist in your corner! My goal is to create an environment where you feel relaxed to let your mind run free. There are no right or wrong thoughts or feelings - no pressure to filter those thoughts! I would love the opportunity to be that therapist supporting and encouraging you to live your best life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During the first session, you can expect a supportive and collaborative space to begin discussing what brings you to therapy. We will explore current concerns, presenting symptoms, and any challenges that may be impacting daily life. I will also gather background information related to family history, important relationships, social supports, and other experiences that may help provide a fuller understanding of your story. Together, we will begin identifying goals for therapy and what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process. The first session is an opportunity to build comfort, establish connection, and create a foundation for treatment that feels supportive, personalized, and aligned with your needs!

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My therapeutic approach is grounded in authenticity, connection, and collaboration. I aim to create a space that feels supportive and personable, where clients can feel comfortable being themselves without therapy feeling overly clinical or rigid. I value building strong rapport and believe that trust is an essential part of meaningful therapeutic work. I also understand that everyone moves through the therapy process differently, so I prioritize going at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable for each client. My goal is to help clients feel heard, supported, and empowered while working toward greater self-awareness, healing, and personal growth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m passionate about working with adults in their 20s and 30s who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain as they navigate life transitions, relationship struggles, family issues, anxiety, and depression. I strive to create a compassionate and collaborative space where clients feel genuinely heard and supported. Together, we work toward greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, and meaningful change that aligns with each client’s values and goals.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques into treatment to help clients better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we work to identify patterns that may be contributing to distress and develop practical strategies for creating healthier ways of thinking and responding. My approach is collaborative, goal-oriented, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and strengths.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) strategies to help clients navigate difficult thoughts and emotions with greater self-compassion and flexibility. Rather than trying to eliminate discomfort, therapy focuses on learning how to respond to challenges in ways that align with personal values and long-term goals. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and centered on helping clients build resilience and create meaningful change in their daily lives.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I use person-centered strategies to provide a compassionate and supportive space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My approach emphasizes empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard, helping clients build greater self-understanding and confidence in their ability to navigate life’s challenges. Therapy is collaborative and tailored to each client’s individual needs, values, and personal goals.
