I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) based in California, with over years of clinical experience in the mental health field. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing and specialize in working with young adults facing stress, anxiety, and burnout. My practice integrates psychiatric assessment, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy to help clients regain balance and move toward meaningful, purpose-driven lives.
In our initial session, we’ll begin with brief introductions to help establish a comfortable and collaborative space. From there, we’ll explore the specific challenges you’re currently facing whether that’s related to stress, anxiety, mood, or life transitions. This conversation will help me gain a comprehensive understanding of your needs, so I can create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals.
Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with young professionals navigating stress, burnout, and major life transitions. Through this work, I’ve developed a proven, client-centered approach that focuses on two key areas: 1. Identifying the root cause of the emotional and mental health challenges you're facing 2. Creating a personalized, practical plan that supports real, measurable progress over time
I specialize in working with young adults who are navigating high-pressure careers, academic demands, or major life transitions. Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals, graduate students, or creatives who appear successful on the outside but are quietly struggling with anxiety, burnout, or a sense of disconnection. They often come to me feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns of overthinking and perfectionism.
I find CBT particularly effective because it empowers clients to become more aware of the connections between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I frequently incorporate tools like thought records, behavioral experiments, and homework assignments to help clients build insight and apply what they’re learning between sessions.
Over the course of my clinical work, I’ve had the opportunity to support many clients navigating various forms of grief—whether due to the death of a loved one, the loss of a relationship, or major life transitions.Through this work, I’ve developed a deep respect for the grieving process and an ability to sit with clients in their most vulnerable moments. In practice, this may involve helping patients process complex emotions, normalize their grief responses, explore the meaning of their loss, and gradually adapt to life changes. Referrals to grief specialist for individualized cases are made.
