I empower my patients to be able to manage their mental health, either through medication alone, with therapy or with different modalities, including diet and exercise.
I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I am well versed with 20 years experience in the Healthcare industry to provide evidence based quality care. I am non judgmental and treat all patients with respect , empathy and honesty. I have a holistic approach. I feel it is essential to form a partnership alliance with my patients' compassionate care to optimize their wellness based on trust and always with my patient’s wishes and goals in mind.
