New to Grow
Hi, I’m Nicole, a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can openly be yourself. I work with individuals navigating depression, self-esteem struggles, stress, and crisis situations, helping clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the healing process. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping you recognize your strengths, build confidence, and create meaningful change in your life.
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, supportive, and judgment-free space. We will talk about what has been bringing you to therapy, the challenges you may be facing, and what you hope to gain from the process. There is no pressure to share everything at once — we will move at a pace that feels safe for you. My goal during the first session is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered while we begin building a plan together that fits your needs and goals.
What stands out about my approach is the supportive, down-to-earth, and judgment-free environment I strive to create for every client. I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being yourself, so I focus on meeting you where you are emotionally, rather than where you feel you “should” be. My style is personable, compassionate, and collaborative, with an emphasis on helping clients feel empowered, understood, and supported while building practical tools for healing, growth, and lasting change.
I work best with individuals who may be struggling with self-esteem, depression, overwhelming stress, or crisis situations and are looking for a supportive space to feel heard, understood, and empowered. Many of my clients feel emotionally exhausted, stuck, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward, but still have a desire for change, healing, and stability. I strive to create a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment where clients can safely process difficult emotions, build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and regain a sense of hope and control in their lives.

I identify as
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in a supportive, compassionate, and collaborative way to help you better understand how your thoughts, emotions, and experiences impact your daily life. My goal is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you, help you feel heard, and empower you with tools that build confidence, emotional awareness, and healthier coping patterns. Together, we will explore what is and is not serving you, strengthen the skills you already have, and create meaningful changes at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you recognize the strengths, insight, and resilience you may not always see in yourself. Using approaches from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, our sessions focus on what feels possible, what has helped before, and the small changes that can create meaningful growth over time. I want therapy to feel supportive, encouraging, and hopeful — a space where you feel comfortable being yourself while we work together toward the life, balance, and healing you deserve.
