My greatest strength is that I meet each client where they are without judgment or bias.
Ideal clients
I practice the art of being a heart with ears...I imagine myself as a passenger riding in a vehicle with each of my clients; my goal is to let each client drive their session while I keep us on track to arrive at the desired destination safely. I join in while offering emotional support and empathy along the way.

I am well-versed in approaching client issues using CBT as a method of addressing the thoughts that contribute to ongoing behaviors.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
DBT is a useful practice for addressing adverse emotional responses and unwanted behaviors. I utilize these skills to help clients articulate their thoughts and feelings effectively.

For clients who adhere to a faith-based lifestyle, I incorporate these values into my practice when the client requests it.
