Hello, I am certified as both a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner as well as a family nurse practitioner with nearly 30 years of collective nursing and advanced practice experience (bonus cardiology and internal medicine experience as well!). With both medical and psychiatric experience, I will provide comprehensive, compassionate, and focused treatment for my teens/young adults to my wise and wonderful older adults and everyone in between! *We are excited to offer Virtual CPT (continuous performance task) computer testing from the comfort of your home to assist in accurate ADHD diagnosis. This objective testing is performed in conjunction with other screening methods and evaluation during either initial or follow up appointment and provides you with the documentation sometimes requested by education and employment institutions.
During our first session, you will have the opportunity to share your story with a compassionate provider who is truly invested in helping you overcome challenges to reach your optimal mental health.
It can be so difficult to reach out to a mental health provider when we are struggling. Sometimes we think we are too damaged, don't deserve, or shouldn't need help. Just know, nothing is too much and no one is too broken. You cannot scare me away...we are in this together. Now let's get to work!
I enjoy the uniqueness and appreciate the distinct struggles of every one of my patients regardless of age. I have a soft spot for my teenagers as they transition to adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ASD.

I reached out to Jane because I was looking specifically to address suspected ADHD even though I have no been diagnosed. She has been so validating and so supportive of what I am comfortable with trying with medications while also providing me with helpful info that I was previously unaware of. She is always willing to look up answers to questions I have and never makes me feel dumb for asking.
