Hello, I am certified as both a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner as well as a family nurse practitioner with nearly 30 years of collective nursing and advanced practice experience .
It can be so difficult to reach out to a mental health provider when we are struggling.
With both medical and psychiatric experience, I will provide comprehensive, compassionate, and focused treatment for my teens/young adults to my wise and wonderful older adults and everyone in between! *We are excited to offer Virtual CPT (continuous performance task) computer testing from the comfort of your home to assist in accurate ADHD diagnosis. This objective testing is performed in conjunction with other screening methods and evaluation during either initial or follow up appointment and provides you with the documentation sometimes requested by education and employment institutions.

During our first session, you will have the opportunity to share your story with a compassionate provider who is truly invested in helping you overcome challenges to reach your optimal mental health.
Strengths

Ideal clients
I enjoy the uniqueness and appreciate the distinct struggles of every one of my patients regardless of age. I have a soft spot for my teenagers as they transition to adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ASD.

As a nurse practitioner, my focus is psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management. However, I am knowledgeable regarding therapy techniques such as DBT, CBT, IFS, and motivational interviewing and often implement aspects of these as needed into every session.
