I earned my degree from Liberty University and have two years of experience in psychiatry and addiction medicine. Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, the most important thing is to build rapport with one another. Am here to serve you and I want you to feel comfortable in our sessions together. We would work collaboratively to address your needs.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a practicing provider, one of my greatest strengths is my ability to truly listen to my patients, making them feel heard, respected, and valued. I create a safe and supportive environment where they can express themselves openly without fear of judgment. Another key strength is my attentiveness. I pay close attention not only to what my patients say, but also to how they say it, allowing me to pick up on subtle cues and provide thoughtful, individualized care. This combination of active listening and close attention helps build strong therapeutic relationships and fosters trust, which is essential for effective mental health treatment.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with adults patients who may be dealing with any psychiatric illnesses. I also am open to listening to patients vent when they need an outlet.

Compassion Focused

As a provider, I can guide clients in building their soothing system through compassionate imagery, grounding techniques, and compassionate mind training (CMT), where they learn to respond to themselves with kindness rather than judgment.
