As a Marriage and Family Therapist I provide a safe, kind, supportive space for individuals, couples, and families to express their thoughts and feelings, their truth, to find their path, to be present in self, and to realize their fullest life potential. I use an eclectic approach to identify and address constraints relating to anxiety, depression, parenting, marital conflicts, and other mental and behavioral concerns.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will be getting to know each other to ensure the right fit. Clients can expect a comfortable, nonjudgemental environment, where they will be respected, and heard as I find out what brings them to therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength as a provider is that I put people at ease. Clients feel comfortable and quickly realize I have a genuine concern about their well-being and a sincere willingness to help them find their strength to relieve their constraints.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

I use attachment-based theories to assist in identifying, recognizing, and exploring how client's establish relationships, determine their relationship needs, and explore overall impact on different areas of life.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to assist clients in adjusting their thinking and behaviors that are negative in order to get them back to a positive and productive space.

Couples Counseling

I have worked with couples to improve their communication skills, manage each partner's needs, wants and desires, repairing trust, and increasing their bond.

Eclectic

With an understanding that each client is unique and has unique needs in therapy, I use the most relevant techniques from various therapy modalities to create an effective, individualized treatment plan.
