In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Therapy is a wonderful opportunity to discover the answers that are needed to navigate life's challenges. It is important to be able to be known and feel heard. In the first session, it is my desire to provide a safe non-judgmental space for individuals to work through the challenges they face and to gain understanding .
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My person centered approach to therapy has helped me build strong counseling relationships over the years and has helped clients find healing and develop stronger relationships.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My ideal clients are those with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, marital problems, mood disorders, and everyday life stressors. For clients that are unsure or new about the counseling process, I enjoy coming along side of them and helping with feeling heard and understood. Those who are looking to engage in a collaborative process will be the best fit.
Eclectic
My therapeutic style is collaborative and personalized, drawing from evidence-based practices to help clients develop effective coping strategies and emotional insight. I have achieved this in the past through the utilization of Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy and Brain Spotting.
