I bring a unique perspective to my work, drawing from my experience as an athlete in running, my role as a military spouse, and my journey as a mother to two preemies. My focus areas encompass anxiety, body image, grief counseling, postpartum and pregnancy support, sports performance, veterans/military-related concerns, and women's issues.
