My goal is to create a comfortable space where you feel heard while we start identifying practical steps that can help you move forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength as a therapist is helping clients move from feeling stuck to feeling empowered or capable of creating real change. I combine evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy to help clients better understand their patterns, improve communication, and develop practical tools for everyday life. I bring a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental presence while also helping clients stay focused on meaningful progress. My background in healthcare and mental health allows me to approach therapy holistically, recognizing the connection between emotional well-being, relationships, and overall health. Whether working with individuals experiencing anxiety or couples seeking to strengthen their connection, I focus on helping clients build insight, confidence, and healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help clients identify patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, or relationship challenges. Together we develop practical ways to shift unhelpful thinking patterns and build healthier ways of responding to challenges.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

This method guides my overall approach to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for clients. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their experiences and values openly

Couples Counseling

I work with couples to improve communication, strengthen emotional connection, and navigate conflict in healthier ways. My approach integrates evidence-based relationship tools, including principles from the Gottman Method, along with practical communication strategies and guided discussions that help couples better understand and support one another.
