I am a licensed therapist in Texas dedicated to helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life stressors in a supportive and compassionate environment. I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and personalized to each person’s unique experiences and goals. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and evidence-based approaches, I help clients build healthier coping skills, improve self-esteem, strengthen communication, and work toward meaningful emotional healing and personal growth.
Our first session is focused on getting to know you, understanding your concerns, and creating a comfortable space where you feel heard and supported. We will discuss what has been bringing you to therapy, explore current challenges, and identify goals you would like to work toward. I move at a pace that feels comfortable for you while beginning to build practical tools and coping strategies to support your emotional wellness.

My clinical focus emphasizes healing from social anxiety, addressing feelings of guilt and shame, and supporting clients in exploring life purpose and personal growth.
