I am licensed professional clinical counselor licensed in Ohio. I have a master’s in clinical counseling from John Carroll University. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults. Areas of treatment include but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, and career challenges. I also have experience in working with individuals who have experienced trauma.
In our first session together we will get to know one another, discuss therapy goals and what future sessions would look like.
My counseling style is empathetic, warm, and client focused. You are the director of your life and your experiences. My role as a therapist is to help identify and work with you toward goals. My counseling approach consists of therapeutic approaches that best work for the needs of the individual. We will work together to develop a treatment plan that best fits your needs. Some styles include cognitive behavioral, strength based, motivational, and trauma focused work.
