I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and School Psychologist. Therefore, I am familiar with how academic struggles can impact mental health and how mental health can impact academic success. I received my Masters from Pepperdine University and have been practicing for 15 years. I am fluent in English and Spanish and enjoy working with individuals between the ages of 13 and 17. I specialize in Depression and Anxiety as well as family and peer relationships.
During our first session I will tell you a littlest about myself and how I work, and look forward to learning about you and what you would like to achieve during therapy.
I believe that my greatest strengths as a provider is my ability to connect with teens and young adults.
Whether you are feeling anxious, depressed, or overwhelmed; you are not alone in these feelings. I work with a warm, supportive, eclectic approach, where we will work together on achieving your goals so that you can get back to living life to the fullest.
I enjoy using the Cognitive Behavioral approach with my clients as I feel that it is a modality that assists in achieving the results that the client is working towards.
