Hola y Bienvenidos! My name is Ivette Soto, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor offering tele-health services to individuals above the age of 12. My services are available in both English and Spanish. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and life adjustments, and I have extensive experience working with children with autism, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, behavioral concerns, and other related disabilities as a Registered Behavioral Therapist. I believe that seeking support is a sign of strength, and I am here to help you navigate through life's challenges. As your therapist, I will evaluate your needs and provide evidence-based psychotherapy to help you cope with various life challenges, all while providing a compassionate and non-judgmental space for you to heal and grow. I understand that reaching out for support can be daunting, and I commend you for taking the first step. If you're interested in a free consultation, please don't hesitate to contact me. Thank you for considering me as your therapist, and I look forward to working with you!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

As a client, you can expect to process your emotions, gain insight, develop self-awareness, and learn coping skills.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I utilize evidence based treatments, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Behavioral Activation Therapy (BAT), while integrating Person Centered Therapy techniques. As my client we will explore your thoughts and feelings, identify and change thought patterns, gain a better understanding of your behaviors, and learn and develop coping skills.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe my biggest strengths are my ability to develop interpersonal relationships, relay empathy, provide compassionate care, and display multicultural competence.
