Adanna U Oladejo
As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I have extensive experience in the management and treatment of a broad spectrum of mental health conditions. My clinical practice is rooted in evidence-based care, professional integrity, and a commitment to supporting each individual’s journey toward improved mental well-being. After earning my Bachelors Degree, I pursued graduate degree training as a Nurse Practitioner with a specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health Care. This advanced education and clinical exposure have allowed me to develop a holistic and person-centered approach to treatment, integrating biological, psychological, and social perspectives.
During an initial session, I conduct a comprehensive evaluation to understand the individual’s life circumstances, medical history, and emotional health.
My professional experience encompasses working with adolescents, adults, and families who are managing emotional difficulties, life transitions, and coexisting medical conditions. During an initial session, I conduct a comprehensive evaluation to understand the individual’s life circumstances, medical history, and emotional health. Treatment recommendations are developed from an understanding of how personal and family systems influence emotional needs and symptom expression. This individualized approach allows for targeted interventions, which may include psychotherapy, medication management, and supportive care strategies. My overarching goal is to deliver ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based psychiatric care while partnering with individuals to prioritize and sustain their mental wellness.
