My treatment methods


In my practice, I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of therapeutic strategies and techniques to best meet the needs of each individual client. One of the primary methods I often employ is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, my clients and I work collaboratively to identify and change unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior. This involves assessing their concerns, setting achievable goals, challenging negative thoughts, practicing new skills, and regularly reviewing progress. My aim is to empower my clients to develop more adaptive ways of coping with their challenges. Additionally, I integrate Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) into my practice. With SFT, we focus on exploring solutions rather than dwelling on problems. This means identifying specific goals, highlighting strengths and resources, using scaling questions, identifying exceptions to problems, assigning homework, and regularly evaluating progress. Through this collaborative and practical approach, I help my clients evoke positive change by focusing on solutions and building on their existing strengths. Furthermore, stress reduction methods are an integral part of my therapeutic approach. I offer various techniques, such as mindfulness, relaxation exercises, stress management skills, and behavior activation, to help my clients alleviate their stress levels and improve their overall quality of life. My goal is to empower my clients to better manage their stress and cultivate a greater sense of well-being. Overall, my approach to therapy is client-centered and flexible, tailored to meet the unique needs, preferences, and goals of each individual I work with. By integrating different therapeutic modalities and emphasizing collaboration and empowerment, I strive to support my clients in their journey towards personal growth and positive change.
