I received my degree from Fairfield University and have over 20 years experience specializing in working with adults managing stress, anxiety, chronic illness, relationship issues and life transitions. I prefer an integrative approach to meet you where you are at in your life.

First session
Our first sessions will focus on introductions and gathering some history and information about the specific situations and challenges you are facing. We will start to collaboratively work together to uncover strengths, overcome obstacles and cultivate positive change in your life.
