In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In the first session with me, clients can expect a warm and nonjudgmental environment where they can freely express themselves and. Together, we will discuss their goal and create personalized treatment plan to work toward achieving them. The initial visit is a critical step in creating a treatment plan. I will collect relevant personal and family medical and mental health information to formulate a customized approach. This session will be conducted through a straightforward and confidential video telehealth platform, for which you will receive a link on the day of your appointment. In the first session medication will be prescribed according to treatment plan and ongoing treatment to monitor progress and medication effectiveness will be discussed
