I am a licensed clinical psychologist with more than 20 years of experience helping adults navigate life's challenges through trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and emotionally intelligent care. I provide a safe, collaborative therapeutic environment where clients can strengthen coping skills, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with strengths-based interventions to support healing, growth, and overall well-being.
