Hi there, I'm Dr. Kameko McGuire, a Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner. Are you struggling to do the things you enjoyed at one point? Do you know that there has to be more happiness out there, but you can't find it? Are you tired of being on edge, nervous, or worried? I enjoy helping patients reach their full potential. I work with patients as a team to ensure we are both working toward the same goal. I pride myself on being approachable, consistent, and kind. You are in a safe, nonjudgmental zone when you meet with me. I provide care to all ages, races, and belief systems; you name it, I treat you with respect. I believe in one race, the human race. I empower my patients to reach their goals, believe in themselves, and provide medication if they need it at the time. I do not force medications on anyone and consider myself conservative regarding medication management. Less is more can be helpful in many cases. If you are interested in exploring natural options, I can also help with that. Being dual certified I look at the entire person, not just from one angle. I look forward to meeting you! IMPORTANT: For cash pay the initial visit is $250, follow-up for medication management is $100, and therapy follow-up with or without medications is $125. If you want to be seen in person please note we can do that just pick a time and please send a message through the platform. I cannot guarantee the time you picked but we will get you scheduled for in person. My office is located in Mary Esther, FL.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In your first session, we will meet each other and have the opportunity to get to know each other more and set expectations for your treatment plan together.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I use patient-centered care and psychoeducation primarily so patients will know more about their treatment plan, along with how their medications will work to target the symptoms they want to improve.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength is related to my relatability with others. I genuinely care about my patients and being a safe person for them. I want you to feel better every time you leave my office by knowing you have a provider that cares about you as an individual, and that you are not just another number in my practice.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy all ages, honestly. Self-motivated individuals ready to take manage their mental health care. I do enjoy seeing children, I feel a true trajectory shift can happen when children are helped early.
