Ideal clients
I love working with people from all walks of life. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their lives.

I use a variety of modalities and techniques to better understand and help the client. I currently use solution-focused (SFBT), cognitive behavioral (CBT), humanistic, person-centered, narrative, compassion focused, emotion focused, interpersonal, mind-body, and multicultural approaches.
