39 years of experience

I find most desirable clients who wish to make changes in their lives and have high motivation to do that. If you feel terribly confused about that which you wish to accomplish, I can appreciate that and look forward to working with you through your confusion. Ultimately our goal is to achieve clarity on that which you wish to accomplish and to help you achieve what it is by discovering Who You Are.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session we will get to know each other and the goals you have regarding your issues. Hopefully, we will outline a plan for handling your issues and even start working on the most pressing. We have 3 sessions to clarify your issues, goals and personal history. I can do a structured interview hopefully in the first or second session. We can do whatever you wish in the sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Over the 39 years I have discovered techniques which help people remove Anxiety, Stress, Depression and Trauma/PTSD in a very short time. One or two sessions should be the length of time and then when you have learned the techniques, we will go on to work on the emotions that underlie these disorders. The goal of which is to permanently remove the emotional issues.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

If you are a person who is experiencing Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Trauma/PTSD I can help you remove the emotional burdens within a session or two. Then we can work on the emotional derivatives that underly said issues. This, then will be the bulk of our work together. Sessions are arranged as you would like them, given the open times on the schedule. One caution is that insurance may limit the number of sessions to one or two per week.

My treatment methods

EMDR

I have found EMDR very helpful in clearing stress, anxiety, anger, cravings, mind racing, PTSD, TRAUMA + sleep disturbance and other typically imponderable emotional issues.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Using CBT and Emotion Management techniques, I have found that these are very effective in reducing the emotions that underlie Depression and anxiety.

Experiential Therapy

Experiential Therapy in the form of DNMS (Developmental Needs Meeting Strategies) is a very good way to Install a disturbance-free childhood.

Trauma Informed Care

When dealing with Trauma and PTSD, I have found the use of EMDR to be the most effective technique that I can use.
